I was given options as things were pretty worn out besides our mishap of cable braking & needed rehung. I wasn’t pressured into anything & given time to look it over & decide on things. The very next day due to Chris M. being off Jesse B. came & fixed everything up for me. He truly went above & beyond & I appreciate that greatly! Both Chris M. & Jesse we’re on time, professional, friendly & informative. I also spoke to office staff & I apologize but I did not get the names of the ladies I spoke with but both were excellent & super nice! I can not say enough about how refreshing it was to have such a great experience & meet such wonderful people. I 110% recommend calling Precision if you need any garage door services. Ps. Brian installed a new spring almost a year ago and he came out again when I requested a "maintenance" check on noises I was hearing. He said it was just the chain drive and everything looked fine, for a 10 year old motor. He lubed everything and covered it under the warranty. Great personnel and service, for sure.

My garage remote was not working. Austin Orton came out at the time expected .He was very courteous and professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. He replaced the wall remote and everything worked fine. He also serviced all the hinges, spring and rollers. All was done in a very short time. I also appreciate the same day service!
