This was my first time having a garage door repaired, and I’m so glad I called Precision! The person who scheduled my appointment was very friendly and was able to get me in the next morning. Mike arrived right on time and replaced the broken spring quickly and efficiently. He was professional, courteous, and extremely friendly. When the spring on my other garage door eventually breaks, I’ll definitely be requesting Mike again. Thank you, Precision!

I have had the distinct pleasure of working with Melanie to ensure I select the perfect door for our home. She is thorough, thoughtful and truly a delight to work with. She handed me off to Zach who has been proactive, professional and amazing to work with as well. After pricing out doors from multiple companies, I made the best decision with Precision. Ask for Melanie M. She is amazing!

The technician was Chris McVeigh. What a star! Explained everything he was doing (and why). Listed the potential things that might be needed to repair a non-functioning door opener. After diagnosing the problem he told me what each possible change would cost. It turned out that he was able to fix things inexpensively and also did some preventive maintenance. I couldn't ask for more. Great! Thanks Chris and thanks Precision Garage Door Service
