Had a problem with the garage door opening 6 inches, closing, then staying open at about 6 inches. This went on for a couple days. I did my research and called Precision Garage Door Services. They worked with my schedule to identify a good time. Oce he came, he had to look at the opener for a bit to identify the problem. There were small plastic pieces on the floor beneath the motor - which had him correctly identifying the issue. I ended up getting a new motor as the broken one was already almost 20 years old. Very satisfied.

Called because my door would go up a few inches and stop. Just wanted to see what was going on and how much it would be. Tech came out next day was nice and explained everything and I wanted to discuss my wife the price and if she wanted to go with it, I revived a called saying they will work with me on price and that was nice because I wasn’t expecting that. Ended up going through with it and it was great work. If I known about military discount I would have used but I know now for next time I call them if I have an issue. Great communication great work and professional all around.

Garage door broke so wouldn’t work at all. I had a Val pac coupon and it said you could get a live person 24/7 so were able to get someone scheduled quickly. The two guys who came out were friendly and temporarily got the door together.
