I spent a couple of days researching garage door repair companies in my area and chose Precision Garage Door because of their great reviews and the services they offered. I called them this morning and was able to get an appointment this afternoon. Bob and Aiden arrived right on time and got right to work. They explained and showed me why I was having the issues with my opener and garage door. They are very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that I would understand. I am so pleased with the job they did! I highly recommend Precision Garage Door--and Bob and Aiden. You will not regret it! I will be recommending them to my neighbors as well. I hope Bob and Aiden get some sort of recognition for going above and beyond.

What an awesome job! I called other places and was frustrated at the process I had to go through to get the information I needed. Then I called Precision and it was so much better. First, the person that answered the phone at 7:00 in the morning was cheerful and very helpful. She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. She quickly scheduled for someone to come out within a few hours. Aaron Whiteman arrived and handled everything professionally and with a great attitude. He is an asset to your company. He quoted me a price and it was did exactly what he said he would do. Even programming my wife’s car to the garage door opener. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
