This was the first-time using Precision and I must say the experience was outstanding. My garage door would only open halfway and I didn't know if it was the door itself or the 20-year-old garage door opener. The technician figured out the problem in about 20 minutes, it was the opener; and he was very thorough and gave me a list of items that require fixing, but not at this time. I will definitely request the services of Precision Garage Door again.

He listened to what I was telling him about the problems with our garage door. John also took the time to explain to me what the problems were and showed me the spots and parts that were needing attention. Nick did an outstanding job today, replaced our 23 year old rollers in a timely manner, lubed the screw driven Genie garage door opener and fixed the flickering light on the opener that had been bugging me for years, can't say enough good things about Nick and his knowledge.
