I called the night prior of setting up the appointment explaining the issue we were having with our garage door. From the first phone call to the finished repairs was exceptional. My husband and I appreciate when we find a company with wonderful customer service and actually supply the work and product that we pay for. That kind of service is rarely found anymore and we like to recognize them when we do find it. Our Residential Technician was Logan Forsyth. He went above and beyond. He explained everything to me and connected both vehicles up with the new garage opener. He also helped with the connect app. I can not thank him enough for his professionalism and kindness he exhibited. He was definitely raised and trained the right way. Thank you Precision for caring for the customer and thank you Logan for your kindness and professionalism. Your kindness and professionalism is noticed and appreciated. ????????????

I had a persistent squeak in our garage door that continued even after I thoroughly lubricated everything I knew off. After contacting Precision Door, the repairman (Chris) was able to quickly diagnose the exact location where the squeak came from (between the springs). I was impressed!

Matt arrived on time, explained my options, and easily installed my new garage door opener (which works more quietly than my previous one). He set up my remote within my car, and gave me separate ones for my daughter and me (when I am riding with someone else and want to reenter my house). If I ever need service on my garage door, I will ask for Mike, but he did such a good job that I doubt I will ever need him again for MANY years!

Really it should be zero stars but the system required me to send a rating. I was almost completely ripped off by Precision. I called the company thinking it was service and name you can trust. The tech came out and told me my garage door system was destroyed and it would cost nearly $3000. I then called another company and they sent a tech out who repaired the system for an “emergeny” service fee of $300. I am incredibly disappointed by the sales tactics employed by Precision. I will never trust the company after this. It is deplorable.

Not only was the technician’s arrival within the stated timeframe, he was extremely knowledgeable and patient while answering all our questions. We could not have asked for better service and would recommend Precision’s personnel for any garage door issues. We have dealt with Precision for maintenance, part replacement, and keypad installation over the years and never been disappointed.

We are very pleased with the service we received from Precision. Luke was very friendly and professional. He got our springs replaced and installed our other items needed in a neat and timely manner. He even went above and beyond to tidy up some wiring and other things my husband had not gotten back to after recently installing a garage door opener. He also pointed out a bracket on the new garage opener that was rubbing the garage door and said he’d like to fix that for us too. We would highly recommend them.

Truthfully, I had had a different garage door installer come and motorize the door I had because I had had the door fall on my fingers when they changed us to using a garbage container the door fell, and my fingers were caught between the sections. So I called a different garage door company to motorize it so I wouldn’t have to worry about it falling on me when I try to open or close it. As it turned out precision garage doors are the ones I really wanted to work on it, so I called them to fix what had been done by the previous garage door company. The people that came were awesome. They helped with putting my garage items back as they were when they came. I opted for a door replacement, actually less money than the first company had charged me for the work they did.
