I just needed a garage check up to make sure springs were operating well. No problem with springs tech sprayed them, but he did notice garage door wasn't flush to floor which allowed debris and water to enter the garage. He was able to replace old strip with a new one. He told me to keep an eye on the part that didn't quite adhere to floor as of yet. Give it 2 weeks and if it still has a gap call Precision and the problem will be corrected. I was very satisfied with tech, he was very friendly, and answered my questions.

We highly recommend Precision Garage Door of Tampa Bay. They are the best. If you need a new garage door or a door service, they are the only company that I would call. Precision Garage Door installed our garage door 11 years ago and we have not had any problems with it. When we needed information recently regarding our garage door to help us with our insurance rates, Michael Pannebaker, their garage door designer manager, came by our house and went out of his way to get us the information and the engineering specs that we needed at no charge. This is the kind of company that you want to do business with, and Michael Pannebaker is a great asset to his company.

The advertisements were all accurate... garage door wasn't operational in the morning, made an appointment online, technician showed up about 2 hours later, provided all the information I needed in clear easy to understand language, garage door was working in about an hour... Cheney did an excellent job but after 2 weeks I noticed a bit of a gap at the bottom of the door. Called Precision just to make sure that’s how my door is suppose to sit. Chad stopped by within an hour and double checked everything for me and addressed my concern. I would recommend Precision for future garage repairs.
