Because of his honest and clear approach, I decided to go ahead and get two new garage door openers installed. He worked efficiently — it didn’t take long at all for him to have both new openers installed, fully set up with all the accessories, and even programmed my car’s built-in openers. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish, and I was truly impressed by the professionalism and quality of the work. Your Technician- Lewis Phan from Oklahoma communicated ahead of time to confirm appointment and to let me know he was on the way to inspect garage door issue. He showed up on time and communicated great. He explained the issue and the repair needed to get our garage door operating again. He additionally showed me some other potential issues that could use part replacements due to wear and age of them. I declined additional repairs for now and approved his work to fix the broken spring. He was courteous and made the repairs needed. Tested the door and repairs then reset/adjusted the garage door motor for proper operation. He did a great job and would request him for any future work needed. Thanks for the great customer service and timely repair.

My garage door broke. I called Precision Monday at 9 and they were at my home by noon. It was fixed in an hour. Problem was a lot bigger than thought due to my crappy builder (rhymes with Meritage) cutting corners as has been the case with all the repairs in the 5 years since we had it built. Adam was awesome, very knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend Precision.

The installers were very courteous and respectful. I've been in construction for 55 years and was Amazed that it only took less than 2 1/2 hours to remove and reinstall. It's sad that are only a few people that aren't afraid to work like those 2 young men.
