Chad was friendly, and professional. He asked me questions concerning my issue. Checked the sensor wiring and determined it was the sensors themselves. He replaced them, problem solved. He also Checked my door and it's operation for any potential issues. Lastly he lubed all the moving parts of the door. Chad is an excellent representative for your business. They replaced my spring 14 years ago, so yes5erday when it broke it was a NO BRAINER who 8 was going to call. I figured I got a good 14 years out of the spring so of course , I am go8ng through them again. Made the call after hours last night, they were here at 8: 15 th8s morning Zach was great. He identified another issue as well as the spring. One of my brackets was cracked. I would not have noticed until something really bad happened. He fixed that too. Prompt, courteous, great work. I f8gure I won't see them again for at least 14 more years. I love this company

Nothing really in prIce range I expected. My stomach was in knots while I processed the cost. I did not get exactly what I wanted because of price, but I am satisfied with what I ended up getting because of the service.
