My garage door spring broke and I wanted to get it replaced right away along with some critical component parts....cables, wheels, etc. I can't think of the process being any easier than how Precision has it set up. Go to the website, pick a date, see if your preferred time is available, put in some basic information....literally took no more than two minutes and I was scheduled including a confirmation via email. The technician was here the next morning when they said they would be here, they itemized the needed and suggested repairs, and I picked from the list what items I wanted done. Within 2 hours the job was complete and the truck pulled away. Whether I paid a fair price or not I don't know but the service was more than convenient and super efficient...what I do know is that I have all my fingers and limbs some of which could easily have been removed if I had tried to do the work myself.

Thank you for taking the stress off me , when out of the blue my garage door started acting crazy after a lightning strike Sunday evening. I didn't know what to do after YouTube university didn't solve my problem. I googled garage door repair & Precision was the first company that popped up, so glad i was able to set an appointment for 8-12 Monday morning. Just like that the technician called and said he would be there a little after 8am. The Whitehead family really appreciates your services today.

Prompt & friendly but the techs are paid by the job instead of hourly so you have to be cautious if they try to upsell you on other repairs. Also, tech wasn't as experienced & knowledgeable as I would expect.

On October 3, 2025 Precision replaced my garage door opener the same day I called for service. The technician Colton Johnston was excellent - professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He identified the problem quickly and offered several cost effective solutions without any pressure. Colton replaced the 25 year old opener with a professional grade system and had it installed in 90 minutes. I am happy with the results. Great job Colton. Thank you Precision.

Chris at Precision was absolutely fantastic! He immediately diagnosed the issues with my lift, springs, wheels, bearings...etc. The previous owner of the home had installed garbage that not only sounded like an earthquake when opening/closing but was damaging the garage door and springs due to its poor installation. He put his skills to use and reinforced a Cat 4 hurricane garage door with an equivalent lift system. It works like a smooth garage door should! What I appreciated the most was his top to bottom financial approach. Fix what really needed to be fixed first with logical answers to future questions/concerns. He didn't do any upselling...I upsold myself and glad I did. They're also very good to military/veterans. Highly recommend!
