Awesome service!!! The scheduling of my garage service was painless and Precision was able to work around my work schedule. Matt arrived at the scheduled time, assessed what needed to be done and listened to my concerns and questions. Then took to the task at hand (repairing a set of springs)quickly and efficiently. All while explaining in detail the answers to my questions. When Matt was done it was clear to see that the door was opening far less effort and noise than it ever had before! Many thanks to Matt and Precision for making this repair painless to schedule and educational! I still cannot get over how quiet and smooth the garage door is!
