I called to make an appointment on Tuesday and by Wednesday my garage door was up and running or should I say opening again. Keith was a blessing. He really knows his stuff and boy is he efficient. What an asset to your company.

He made recommendations for us to improve the functionality of the door. He had the parts that he needed with him, so within about a half hour to 45 minutes our garage door was repaired. Keith arrived as scheduled and inspected the garage door. He immediately found that the boom had become unanchored from the wall attachment point due to the securing screws working loose over time. He installed a new mounting block and attached it securely to the wall and tested the door. It works perfectly now. Keith is an excellent technician and works in a very polite and professional manner. It was a pleasure having him work on the problem.
