I chose this company because of its high Google rating and the ability to come out on the same day. The repair was for them to come out and replace one of two Springs that were broken. The next morning when I operated the door I noticed it was much more quiet and worked very smoothly. I am writing the service as one star due to the negligence of the technician laying the power cord for the control box across the chain of the Drive Unit. Not only would this be considered a fire hazard but would also end up sawing through the power cord resulting in another repair. Thank goodness I noticed it in time enough to unplug it I relocated it to run under the unit as it should have been done by the technician and replug it in.
Thank you for allowing us to resolve this issue for you. If you have any further questions or problems, please call us.

Just wanted to thank you for the great job on returning my garage door to working order. And it is so quiet now. Bob and Matt came out and diagnosed the problem, gave me some options and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. They were both great and a real aaset to your company. Thanks again for the great job and all around great experience!

Excellent service with knowledgeable and courteous installers. One of the windows on the new door was cracked when it came out of the box and it was replaced the next day with a new panel. Very happy with the whole experience.

Called Precision because of prior experience in Ohio (our previous home). John Tsangarinos was early (called to see if it was ok to come earlier than expected). John was extremely gracious and most importantly knew what he was doing. Great job and I believe went above and beyond. I recommend Precision highly.

Great customer service with a reputable company. I consulted with three different companies for a quote and Precision had the middle range so we thought it was the best one to go with. And we have been very satisfied.

A technician, to repair my door, showed up on time and showed me what was wrong. He was very professional and I decided that I needed a new door without being pressured. Two technicians came the next morning and installed the new door. All three men amazed me by their professionalism, speed and how focused they were in completing the project. They talked highly about their company and recapped what I needed to do to keep the door in good condition. The Precision Mgt. did their job in selecting the right people to represent their company. I have already recommended your company to others when and if they they need your service.

My 2-month-old unit stopped opening from the wall button but worked from the remotes and I called Precision. They scheduled service technician David Crowe to check the unit the first thing next day. He found a humming noise in the unit and replaced it with a new one in about an hour returning it to full service at no charge. It is good to know a company that stands behind their warranty!

I had an amazing experience with Precision. The folks with whom I had contact (estimators, installers, and customer service) were polite, professional and courteous. They responded to my initial call within 24 hours, answered every question I had, and completed the installation to my satisfaction. Michele Ferris was particularly helpful during the process. I would absolutely recommend this company.
