Outstanding Customer Service and Job! With a speedy response time to my call, Service Technician Robert Trotter assessed issue (garage door opener motor was running but door would not open) and he determined cause for malfunction. He offered options of a repair - or replace and clearly explained the choices of each option and cost. I chose a new opener rather than fixing the older broken unit. Robert did an excellent job and I am back in business. Precision will always get my vote!

Our 15+ year old garage door opener had been failing intermittently and I asked John P to give me options for repair/replace; he evaluated the entire door system, not just the lift, and gave me several options - we chose to replace the opener and all the rollers and we couldn't be happier - the door no longer shudders and shakes, and the new belt drive is basically SILENT - WOW! What a difference!

Last week end while I was out of town my Garage door opener stopped worked. Saw Precision's TV commercials and decided to give them a try. They said they could be out ASAP and they were. They called ahead to give me notice. Everyone on the Team was extremely professional. Mike arrived on time, he went over all the options with me and we decided on a new Liftmaster Garage door opener with a battery backup and even WiFi enabled. Mike is en expert installed and took down the old opener and had the new one up in less than an hour. He even went the extra mile and helped me program it to my Wifi. Their pricing is very competitive. I'm a customer for life and would strongly recommended Precision. Great job Team!

I seldom write reviews, but after the work performed by Joshua F. and Precision Overhead Garage Door of Tampa, I knew I had to take the time to write about the amazing and seamless experience. Had an issue with the garage door last night where the screw that holds the door broke when the door was being opened. The door came down since there was nothing supporting the weight. I called Precision last night and was able to immediately schedule and appointment for the new day (today). Joshua F. did an awesome job. He took the time to inspect the door, explain the issue, show me what needed to be done and why, and provide me with a couple of options. He was very professional and I definitely recommend him and Precision for any garage repair needs.

I contacted Precision because the safety sensor was out of alignment. $1500 dollars later I have a completely new system and I am not sure that a completely new system was required.

David Crowe was dishonest and lazy. He tried to upsell me a new opener for $795. rather the troubleshoot the unit. I refused to accept his recommendation for replacement. I had a competitor come out and they replace a $40 part. The collar on the shaft had broken. Ripping off senior citizens. David you should be ashamed of yourself. Precision Is this the kind of guy you want working for you?
