Had Kayne as the technician. He found the issue with the opener and presented several options and recommendations and was very thorough. After the install of a new opener he explained the operation of everything to me. Very nice guy. Will ask for him in the future if needed.

Belt driven opener installed same day. Technician was right about not thinking of that less noise until you hear the difference. Technician was knowledgeable and able to handle several objections without getting upset. Price was certainly higher than Lowe's but hope for better quality and option of immediate install won over price. However, the $20 fuel surcharge seems a bit much when price is already higher than average.
