Mom had them out to fix her garage door in 2019 and they left their calling card on the inside of the door. So I called them. They were able to find her record and verified the address and phone and said they could send someone out to fix it that afternoon! They said between 4 and 8 and he was here at 6. He was able to fix the one thing that still wasn't working and gave a good explanation why the other thing might not have worked earlier. He showed a work around if it happens again and showed me how to fix the other problem if it recurs. I will definitely make sure we keep that calling card!

Called for a check on a rattling of the chain I didn’t recall being there on the install 18 months ago. The tech assured me it was normal, but checked it out anyway. He was kind and efficient. Explained that if I was not liking the rattle, there was a belt option. Gave me an estimate and no pressure to have it done. Maybe in the new year. Called ahead and was on time.
