I called after 5PM on a Monday and had a service call by Wayne on Tuesday by 11AM. He diagnosed it and gave me a quote to fix the door, and completed the repairs very quickly. The overall service from the initial phone call to completion was friendly and professional .

Technical couldn't tell what is wrong with the unit beyond that it is not the sensor. Nice to know that the $50 will be applied towards a complete new opener. My opinion were $1100 or $1800. Any attempt to troubleshoot the problem is not part of the diagnostic and start at $200 to reset the controller.

I am so impressed by the customer service experience and prompt appointments provided by Precision! I was home by myself with my 4 children in the evening and my garage would not close. I was frantic as I knew it was close to end of business hours and if I couldn’t get help closing it, it would be open all night!
