My garage door has been serviced by your company a few times ! I fixed the noise problem by installing new rollers! I appreciate your tech’ opinion that they are old , but I didn’t need to replace them . In fact I probably would have paid him to install new rollers, but instead I paid him to write me an estimate! Go figure, he was a nice young man but he didn’t make me aware of all my options. I found them on the internet,for free!

Just like the commercial. Wife’s car was locked in garage with a broken spring. Called sent a tech out with a 4 hour window. Showed up in 15 minutes fixed within an hour. Sean the tech was great

Needed my Logi board replaced. Precision came out within a few hours and had the problem resolved. Dillon did a great job and was very professional. He also reprogrammed the remotes and both vehicles to have access to the Garage. I will definitely use Precision in the future if I have any other issues.
