I contacted for the first time Precision regarding garage door problems and tech Christopher Enlow came out to my house and evaluated the problem with my garage door malfunction and gave me some options, short term fix or long-term fix. His knowledge and professionalism assisted me in my decision to go with the long term-fix. The main reason I went will the long-term fix is that Christopher explained his safety concerns and that waiting would only exacerbate the problem. This company is trying to take advantage of people by price gouging. I was quotes over 6 thousand dollars to work on my garage doors and the prices of their competitors to do the same work was around 1500 dollars. When I asked I was told they have more overhead costs and their parts are superior. I will never do business with this company.

Had a power failure last night and the garage door wouldn't open after power was restored. Called Overhead around 11:30 am the next day and a tech was here by 1:45 pm. Great turnaround time! The programming had to be redone and Mike had it working in less than 30 minutes. Was impressed by how fast he got here and that no additional products were needed. Great company.
