Very professional service provider. I had my door springs replaced by them earlier in the year. After some time, I noticed my door was slamming harder than usual. I called up Precision and they sent a technician the same day. He did an inspection and adjusted the springs and motor. This all fell under warranty, which was a pleasant surprise.

Precision serviced us previously so we decided to try them again. They arrived on time, calling prior to arrival. The problems were discussed, a cost and time estimate was given and they got to work. They completed the work in a timely manner and cost was as estimated. We were given the option of paying by check or credit card. Everything seems to be working as promised.
