Had really good experience with them. The Technician was amazing, he came to my place twice, once to diagnose the issue and second time to change it after I did research on pricing. Also gave me discount on the unit. I was so impressed with the Technician that I asked Precision help desk to send the same Technician. This is the second time I used them and planning on using them in the future too. Highly recommend them

The technician was Chris McVeigh. What a star! Explained everything he was doing (and why). Listed the potential things that might be needed to repair a non-functioning door opener. After diagnosing the problem he told me what each possible change would cost. It turned out that he was able to fix things inexpensively and also did some preventive maintenance.
