The parts he needed were on the truck, unlike other service companies that have to order part. He took the time to reprogram our car remotes. Great service!

Opened my garage on Sunday morning and it only opened about 2 feet? Called Precision and to my surprise they were open and would get a technician out to me later in the day. Chris arrive at my house around 4pm and quickly diagnose the problem. A broken spring, he gave me a quote for repairs and once I approved he had the job completed in under an hour. Great work! My wife was happy she could get her car out of the garage.

Yesterday Stefan came to solve a problem we had with using remotes to open and close the door. He checked everything out, told me what caused the problem, showed me options for repair, and after I chose what I wanted, he took care of the problem.
