Zack was prompt and courteous. However he didn’t solve the issue and gave me an estimate on repair. He recommended a complete replacement motor as well as new springs. Cost to be $2900.00 + I don’t believe his recommendation was correct. He stated the springs I had replaced four years ago were too big and causing the motor to bog down which would cause two remotes to malfunction. The wall switch works and the door moves smoothly. I honestly felt he was trying to get me to spend unnecessary money. I requested he email me a copy of his estimate and I have never received it. I don’t have faith in your company at this point.

Called for service at 2 pm on a Friday afternoon. Technician arrived at 4 pm, quoted suggested repairs and the implemented them (new rollers, cables, springs & bearings on a 24 year old door).
