I chose Precision Garage doors for the repairs I needed for the keypad on the wall outside my garage. From start to finish, it was a simple straightforward easy process to request service and get the job done promptly for a reasonable price. My call was answered promptly and actually could have had the service done that afternoon. But my schedule made this morning better. I had the 8-noon window. While on the schedule call I was given the name of my technician. The email I received regarding the appointment included a link to their site so I could see what my technician looked like . This way I could be sure this was the right person at my door. This morning I received a phone call around 9am and he arrived about 25 minutes later. The technician was very thorough and friendly and polite. He was able to determine the problem and try a few options to resolve before resorting to more expensive solutions.
