I placed a call for service within minutes I received a call with a confirmed appointment time. My service technician Chris called earlier, address my problem immediately in detail and as I requested, advised me options for a new unit within my budget . The installation took 1 1/2 hours to complete. Big thanks to Chris he is an asset to the company. I am once again a satisfied customer of Precision Garage Door service.

John was thorough, professional, understanding, and efficient. Happy with the job but being upfront, pricier than anticipated. Hopefully with the add ons of springs, rollers and bearings, it will last 18 years like my first one.
