I called precision in the morning. That afternoon John came out to take a look at what we had going on. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He listened to what I was telling him about the problems with our garage door. John also took the time to explain to me what the problems were and showed me the spots and parts that were needing attention. As a new home owner I am very appreciative that he took his time to explain to me and show me exactly what he was talking about. I learned a lot! Nick did an outstanding job today, replaced our 23 year old rollers in a timely manner, lubed the screw driven Genie garage door opener and fixed the flickering light on the opener that had been bugging me for years, can't say enough good things about Nick and his knowledge. My garage door stopped working this afternoon. Next I called precision and talk to him their customer service reps and was able to get a time today. My technician was able to let me know when he was 15 minutes once he gave me an assessment of my situation priced out two different quotes with warranties. Once given the OK my technician, his name is Logan professionally started and completed the task in 90 minutes. He explained thoroughly though start up through Wi-Fi gave us our remotes for the cars walk us through the app and how it works the whole process was seamless. Thank you.
