Mike Beckum from Precision Garage Doors of Tampa Bay is wonderful! He called 15 min before appt. to let me know he was on his way. He put some very long screws in the bracket so it will hold better and longer that what was originally installed. It's much safer now than when it was originally installed. I can now rest easy that my elderly mom will be safe when she's in the garage. Many thanks Mike! We appreciate you!

We have always used Precision. I park my vehicle in the garage, so I open and close all of the time. I had an excellent technician. He explained everything and showed me the cost. A job well done.

My Torsion Spring broke which left my garage door stuck in the closed position Called the night before and Precision made setting up the repair painless. While I probably could have found a lower price for the repair Precision has a great reputation and the repair came with a 3 year warranty. Overall I'm pleased with the repair and professionalism of the tech. I will recommend to my friends who have garage door issues.

The service was quick and courteous. Our technician was excellent he quickly diagnosed the problem and went through our options. He was kind and considerate, making sure he showed us how to upkeep our garage in the future. Also, he broke our bill down into payments to ease the burden of the repair. Great job!

I chose Precision Garage Door Service of Tampa because of their strong local presence, quick response time, and reputation for professional service. From the moment I scheduled the appointment to the completed installation, the experience was smooth and efficient. Chad was prompt, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. He clearly explained all the available options, and what impressed me most was their willingness to honor a competitive price I brought in. That flexibility showed they truly value their customers. The team installed a high-end Genie smart opener, upgraded nylon rollers, and threw in helpful extras like a keypad and remote — all backed by a 5-year warranty. I felt confident in the process, and the finished result exceeded expectations. Highly recommend them if you want a blend of quality, responsiveness, and a company that listens.

Everyone that I interacted with were professional and personable. They went over and beyond to do a perfect installation of my new garage door and opener. I highly recommend precision garage door company. ( I only wish that they had an electrician on their payroll as I needed to do some advance install of an outlet )

Precision garage doors is the way to go!! They were less expensive than the repair company recommended by our builders. They came out the same day we called and our technician Lucas did an awesome job. He was informative and very polite, and he was able to replace the broken springs, installed a proper bushing (the installers used a plastic piece) and oiled the chain for us in under an hour. We were also pleasantly surprised that the company offers payment plans. Will definitely call them next time we have any issues.

I just moved into a new house and noticed that the garage door opener was not functioning correctly. I reached out to precision and they were able to get Aaron over within a day. He did some diagnostics and came back and told me exactly what was needed and gave me a few different options. No pressure to go for the Cadillac and I settled for the Acura. He was super professional and very personable. Thank you very much Aaron
