Totally dissatisfied with technician who came. I asked for a written estimate and it was hand written on a notebook piece of paper and left with my nephew. Most shocking was the estimate of it being over $2,700.00 another company was called and it was fixed immediately for $129.00

The technician introduced himself to us on arrival pleasant personality asked us what can he do for us when he was told the problem he came inside evaluated the situation told and show us what the problems were gave us all the different options and cost for us to decide which one suits our budget, when we decided he got all his equipment and started the job ,we then decided we wanted to upgrade to a longer year warranty he changed without any problem that is what we call courtesy and flexibility. Great job we are very pleased and grateful for a job well done.

A quick response came from Precision to a call for garage door help...Luke was out to the house & took a look at what we needed, discussed our problems & options. The opener circuit board was bad, needed door springs & cables replaced. From start to finish, working with Precision to get a new garage door selected, ordered and installed was a great experience. Melanie M was a fantastic sales person -- and found us the exact door we wanted, in a very timely manner. She was very thorough, gave us samples and answered all our questions and concerns. Very, professional, friendly and easy to work with. Nick and his crew installed it today. Called ahead to let me know he was on his way. Took out the old garage door, put in the new -- all in about 3.5 hours. Explained the door operation, the required maintenance, we set the keypad code. He was extremely friendly, professional and thorough. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Precision Garage Doors, they are clearly very well led and well managed.

I had used Precision before and when my recent trouble occurred there was no hesitancy about whom I'd call. Residential Technician Jimmy Johnson (no, not THAT Jimmy Johnson, although a superstar in his own right) arrived within the first hour of the four hour window. Great, there's little worse than having your car trapped in the garage two weeks before Christmas and you have a lot driving to do.
