What an awesome job! I called other places and was frustrated at the process I had to go through to get the information I needed. Then I called Precision and it was so much better. First, the person that answered the phone at 7:00 in the morning was cheerful and very helpful. She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. She quickly scheduled for someone to come out within a few hours. Aaron Whiteman arrived and handled everything professionally and with a great attitude. He is an asset to your company. He quoted me a price and it was did exactly what he said he would do. Even programming my wife’s car to the garage door opener. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Not all garage companies are the same.

I chose Precision simply by luck. I looked on Google, read the reviews, and gave them a call in the evening. They gave me an appointment the next day. The tech, Orion, called me when he was about 20 minutes away. He was extra nice and knowledgeable. He told me what needed to be done & how much it would cost. He did quality work in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Made an appt they were at my house within 2-3 hours. Insanely fast service.. good work super friendly guy. Have had several family members use these guys all positive. Could've explained the inspection of the components of my garage door made no attempt (wasn’t sure what I was looking at just knew I had a broken spring) but all in all would use these guys again.
