Orion was the tech that serviced our opener. He was attentive; kind; and, professional. I appreciated his honesty and his desire to make our opener work in an affordable manner that would be within our budget and best interest.

I chose Precision simply by luck. I looked on Google, read the reviews, and gave them a call in the evening. They gave me an appointment the next day. The tech, Orion, called me when he was about 20 minutes away. He was extra nice and knowledgeable. He told me what needed to be done & how much it would cost. He did quality work in a timely manner. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
