Our garage door broke on a Saturday morning. We called Precision and spoke with a very pleasant and helpful woman. She quickly dispatched a technician and we were kept informed re: arrival time. When our repair man arrived, he quickly and expertly diagnosed our garage door issue and repaired the problem. Everyone was efficient and professional. Within 2 hours from our initial phone call, our door was fixed and we were on with our day. It’s because of this excellent service, we call Precision Garage Door.

Precision came out early and explained what the garage door needed, did the tune-up for $89 and we decided to go with new rollers which was $149. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would highly recommend using this company. No hidden fees and no scams!

Service was done professionally and in a timely manner. Serviceman was very courteous and explained what he was doing and to needed to do when he left. I never consider anyone else with other merchant to service my garages except Precision
