Precision Door is by far a 5 star rated company. I was pleased to get a weekend appointment and also was told who would be assisting me with our home garage door issue. I then received an email notifying me of the appointment and a photo list of employees. On the day of the service I received a call from the technician who gave a time frame of his arrival. Jordan was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He did not leave a mess when he finished. I would highly recommend Jordan and Precision Door to anyone with Garage Door issues. We plan to reuse Precision Door when our Garage Doors need to be replaced in the future.

Jordan was awesome! Very punctual, efficient and honest. He explained my cost, what needed to be fixed and how long it would take and he was on point (It didn't hurt that he was super cute too ????). My garage door has never been so quiet and efficient! I would definitely recommend precision.
