We purchased a new garage door/rails/spring/rollers/beltdrive opener/etc from Precision at end of July 2020. From the initial call in to their office, to the sales visit & follow-ups (Carlos), to the scheduling, to the day of install (Jerry/Wolf), the entire experience was 5-star. Carlos took the time to explain/show every single option multiple times before we decided. On the day of install, Jerry explained everything they would do and how long it would take. He asked if I had any questions and then Jerry & Wolf worked amazingly quick to remove the old door system and install the new one. Not a scrap of debris was left behind. They were both professional in their appearance and demeanor, and obviously passionate about what they do (even in the heat of summer). They represented the company VERY well. Precision had repaired our old door in the past, which is why we chose them for the new system, and we will continue to stay loyal to them and refer them to everyone that asks. Thank you for a super quiet garage door that looks amazing... and thanks to everyone for a job well done all around.

Precision is prompt with their service, doesn't keep customer guessing if they will show up or when. Highly competent installers, friendly and fast. I had a garage door repaired and it's still working great, so when it came time for my daughter to get a new door, Precision was the choice! They're the best in the Tampa area!
