Today I purchased a new garage door opener for my manual garage door so it would be easier to get my bike and lawnmower in and out. I could not be more pleased with the experience. First, it was easy to schedule at a time convenient for me. My tech, Chris Guntor, was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, reviewed options with me, and answered any questions I had. I got a good price on a reliable opener that meets all of my needs. I highly recommend this company.

Great Experience. I called on a Saturday around noon about a garage door that would not open, and a technician was at my home in about an hour. The technician quickly determined there was a broken door spring (it was obvious once it was pointed out to me), and proceeded to tell me the repair options. The repair was made in about 45 minutes. the technician was friendly and professional. I would use Precision again if I have a garage door problem.
