We called Precision and Arnold the repairman came out at 8:00 the next morning. We thought it was a simple problem but he explained to us that the problem was more detailed and so we ended up spending more money than we had expected but he did it in a very efficient manner, explained the new process to it, and gave us the relief of not worrying about our garage doors / openers for the near future.

Precision Garage Door Service installed our door 8 years ago. We haven't had any problems with it and were very happy with them at the time. I called today and they came out today. John was excellent, personable and repaired the door promptly. I also had him do maintance on the door while he was here. Great service and always good people.
