Our garage door broke on a Saturday morning. We called Precision and spoke with a very pleasant and helpful woman. She quickly dispatched a technician and we were kept informed re: arrival time. When our repair man arrived, he quickly and expertly diagnosed our garage door issue and repaired the problem. Everyone was efficient and professional. It’s a Saturday. It’s 4 o’clock in the afternoon. And my garage door won’t open. I called Precision. The office answered with a real person and technician Jesus was at my front door by 5:30pm. Although the diagnosis wasn’t what I had hope to hear, and he wasn’t able to work on my 45 year old Sears garage door opener’s motor, i must say that the interaction with Jesus was very pleasant. Jesus was patient, informative, and extremely thorough, among other things. Precision is lucky to have him on their payroll.
