The young man who serviced my door was knowledgable and very customer service oriented. He replaced the seal on the bottom quickly. He tighted up some screws, showed me how to release and lock again for when the power goes out. He also showed me where to lubercate the seal around door as the door was painted and it was making clunking noises. It works a lot better now. Thank you.

Jeremy, the technician who came out today was very kind and extremely professional! He called when he was on his way, arrived on time, and took care our garage door in a timely manner. On top of that he warrantied our job due to something that he found. I say this because I would have never known ... he could have easily written that ticket up and I would have paid it because I appreciate their service ... my point is he was very honest & forthcoming, something you do not find these days. Springs were replaced but for nearly $1000.00 which is extremely expensive. Some other minor parts were also replaced. I believe if I had gotten a second opinion it may have been repaired for less than what I paid.

My garage door stopped working this afternoon. Next I called precision and talk to him their customer service reps and was able to get a time today. My technician was able to let me know when he was 15 minutes once he gave me an assessment of my situation priced out two different quotes with warranties. Once given the OK my technician, his name is Logan professionally started and completed the task in 90 minutes. He explained thoroughly though start up through Wi-Fi gave us our remotes for the cars walk us through the app and how it works the whole process was seamless. Thank you.
