Wow !!! Very professional from the very beginning. Fast response and prompt service. Travis came out and identified all of the issues and was very transparent on all of the issues. Travis was willing to do the job last night at 6 pm but i had other obligations, in which he told me another tech would be doing the service the next day as he was going out of town. Dillon called me at 3:15 pm as said he was ahead of schedule and could he come before the 4pm appointment. I told him to go ahead and we are ready. Also i told him the driveway was clear and pull all the way up to the garage. Well , I’m gonna say this. This company is very professional via communication email, text, phone calls and service. Quality is more important to me than Quantity and you get what you pay for … Precision garage door services are exactly as the name of the company 1st class and phenomenal service to someone in need of their garage door service.

Service was prompt. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly and completed the work in a timely manner. Only reason I went with a 4 instead of a 5 was because I thought the prices were a bit high. But everything is working fine so I'm happy with the work.
