The team at Precision were great! They communicated well when they were on their way and explained what was going on with the garage door clearly. I scheduled online and got service within an hour of doing that. They worked quickly and cleaned up after they were done. I had no issues with Precision at all.

I was having an issue with the closing of my garage doors which had been a worsening problem for months. The tech Sammy showed up at the appointed time and quickly fixed the problem and then did some added warranty work the the door elements that Precision had installed in 2021. Very satisfied.

So grateful for Isac coming within a few hours of us calling. Our spring broke on the garage door and both cars were trapped inside. He was so knowledgeable and happy to share tips to increase the longevity of our garage door. Also a bonus he was friendly and professional. We had a great experience and will definitely use Precision again should we need a repair.

I had a good all around experience with these folks. They are a bit pricey but I would rather pay the money and have long lasting quality than getting cheap stuff with no warranty. The tech was cool, I could tell he was a young good family man making an honest living out here so I definitely will use their services or recommend these guys to anyone needing garage door repairs.

I wish I could give a five star review. But the cost of repairs was higher than average. Scheduling an appointment on the website was so easy. I selected the next available time-slot and the response was almost immediate. I received a call and was told an available technician was in the area and within minutes Luis texted me to say he was in his way. Luis was very courteous and knowledgeable. Using a template, he explained the repairs and costs in great detail. I was able to select the repairs within my budget with ease. It took Luis less than an hour to get my garage door working again. Thank you Luis! I would recommend Precision Garage Door to my friends and family!
