Called Precsion Doors Clearwater @ 2.00pm due to coming in the garage after running errands and then hearing a loud bang after closing the garage door, and then it would not open. I looked up noticed the spring had broken, called customer service and was told we could have service between 6.00 and 10pm today, she then called back a half hour later and said they had a cancellation and we would have service between 2.30pm and 4:00pm. The Tech Matt Hink was out by 3:30pm fixed me right up and I had him do a few other things to have the garage door run more efficient and for safety reasons. Our garage door is now working better than ever. Both employees did an outstanding job of customer service and would recommend Precsion Overhead Doors to other people.

I want to thank Precision for your timely response to my request. Same day service...called about 8:00 am and at 10:15 the technician pulled into my driveway. Jimmy Johnson, my tech for the morning, appeared with his card, wearing a mask and made me feel comfortable asking him into my home. He was professional, personable and, to my benefit, was educational. He explained why I had the problem, what he would have to do to fix it, and educated me in what to do to keep the problem from happening again. I sincerely appreciated the time he took, the speed with which he made the repairs and his pleasant nature/behavior. Thank you Jimmy and thanks to Precision. I hope not to have to call you again, but will do in a minute if there is a problem with my garage door. And, as I say to all those I care about, Stay Home and Stay Safe.

Our 15 year-old and 2-car wide garage door finally popped a torsion bar and hung up partially closed after just parking our minivan inside. We contacted Precision and were given a tech appointment that same day. Technician Jimmy Johnson arrived just after 4 pm and worked expertly and diligently on diagnosing and fixing the numerous problems with the door. His 23 years of experience proved invaluable and we are very grateful for his courtesy, patience and expertise in explaining and replacing the needed parts that resulted in a quieter and safer garage door operation. His advice about ongoing preventative maintenance was also invaluable. This was an excellent outcome for us, thanks to Jimmy and Precision's quaslity service.

Excellent Service - My garage doors fell off the tracks and could not close. Within 24 hours of my call, they were here as promised. Jason went above and beyond to fix the issues. He ensured I understood the problems and recommendations to repair with options. When the truck did not have new tracks, Jason called and they delivered them to my home. Jason returned and completed all repairs the same day and worked late to finish. That's excellent customer service. I highly recommend this Company. Services were excellent and prices reasonable.

Belt drive on garage door opener broke. Also noticed when manually opening garage door it was quite heavy and would not stay up. Jimmy replaced both springs and the belt. Door is easier to open manually and a lot quieter.

Josh clearly explained the spring choices I had and the differences in the three choices. He also pointed out that for bearing were showing wear and suggested that I should replace them. Josh was professional and the work was completed in the time he said it would be.

I had a spring break on Saturday June 1st. I called Precision based on their commercials about quality service and fast response. They were not able to come until Monday afternoon June 3rd, but I figured that would be fine. When the tech arrived, he told my wife he would have to replace the whole system because the Wayne Dalton system was outdated and no parts were available. The garage door and system was only 5 years old. The quote was over $1,000. I sent him on his way and had another company fix it for $275. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Jose, was GREAT!!! Just moved into a new house and wasn't sure about the garage doors if they were working properly. He came to the house (on time - by the way) and explained the condition of the garage doors and openers. Needless to say, I needed new openers, etc... He did the install within a good amount of time and the new openers (upgraded model) are practically whisper quiet---belt drive! Quoted me a fair price and I was very happen in the end!

About just 31/2 hours after my phone call, the technician, Griffin, was finished installing my new and almost silent, opener, rollers, sensors, and sundry other items. He left not a spec of debris or dirt. He was professional in both his demeanor and his work. I am very glad that I chose Precision!!!!!

Belt driven opener installed same day. Technician was right about not thinking of that less noise until you hear the difference. Technician was knowledgeable and able to handle several objections without getting upset. Price was certainly higher than Lowe's but hope for better quality and option of immediate install won over price. However, the $20 fuel surcharge seems a bit much when price is already higher than average.

There was a problem with the appt. time.or I would have given a 5 star rating. Your door technician, Joe Payette, deserves a 5 star. He quickly found the problem. He also showed and explained where potential problems could occur,, how to check and correct them, reprogram, and maintenance. He was extremely helpful and courteous.
