Andrew was a very polite, knowledgeable person. He arrived on time and worked rapidly. He explained everything as he performed his work. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for similar work.

Belt driven opener installed same day. Technician was right about not thinking of that less noise until you hear the difference. Technician was knowledgeable and able to handle several objections without getting upset. Price was certainly higher than Lowe's but hope for better quality and option of immediate install won over price. However, the $20 fuel surcharge seems a bit much when price is already higher than average.

He also showed and explained where potential problems could occur,, how to check and correct them, reprogram, and maintenance. He was extremely helpful and courteous.
