I had used Precision before and when my recent trouble occurred there was no hesitancy about whom I'd call. Residential Technician Jimmy Johnson (no, not THAT Jimmy Johnson, although a superstar in his own right) arrived within the first hour of the four hour window. Great, there's little worse than having your car trapped in the garage two weeks before Christmas and you have a lot driving to do. Jimmy was polite, friendly, professional, and obvious to me, highly proficient at his job. Thank you Jimmy and Precision. Merry Christmas to all.

We called Precision because their sticker was on the back of the garage door of the home we'd recently purchased. We'd originally called because we were in need of another remote, as well as help programming the outside keypad. The folks in the office let us know that the last time the garage door or anything related to it were serviced was upwards of 5 years ago. Jimmy Johnson, the Technician who was assigned to our house, filled us in on the intricacies of our door and when we asked him how to manually open the door in case of a power outage, he showed us how the springs and rollers were basically not operating as they should be, etc. The original motor, which was over 15 years old, and while it still worked fine, was being taxed and could've led to our being unable to open, and keep open, the door manually, which is an important feature. So while we weren't necessarily intending to get "new guts" for our garage door today, we're glad that we did and now have the assurance that we have a new, quiet, much more modern system that was installed by a true professional. Jimmy filled us in on the entire system, assisted us in setting up the app on our phones, linked the remotes in our cars and just did a great job overall. We're very glad that he was "our guy" - we can't recommend him highly enough!

J. Long was my technician. He was excellent. He knew what he was doing and did the repair very quickly. I asked if he minded if I watched as I never had seen anyone work on the door before. I am so thankful for how quickly Wayne was able to come to our rescue and fix our broken garage door springs. He arrived earlier than the window they gave us when we initially called (he called ahead to let us know he would be there in 20 minutes, so we had a heads-up). He had everything in his van that was needed for our repair. He offered us three options to choose from and had our garage door working again within an hour.

I chose Precision Garage doors for the repairs I needed for the keypad on the wall outside my garage. From start to finish, it was a simple straightforward easy process to request service and get the job done promptly for a reasonable price. My call was answered promptly and actually could have had the service done that afternoon. But my schedule made this morning better. I had the 8-noon window. While on the schedule call I was given the name of my technician. The email I received regarding the appointment included a link to their site so I could see what my technician looked like . This way I could be sure this was the right person at my door. This morning I received a phone call around 9am and he arrived about 25 minutes later. The technician was very thorough and friendly and polite. He was able to determine the problem and try a few options to resolve before resorting to more expensive solutions. My issue was resolved and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Plus I was emailed my receipt, as well as details about the service and related warranty. I love not having to store and file papers

Very pleased with this company, m gag opener stopped working, came out the next day and replaced the opener. When I had a warranty claim anew mons later Adam came out the next day and fixed it. Highly recommend this company

The technician was very professional and answered all of my questions. My only suggestion would be that if the springs on a garage door have to be replaced, it would be easier if two techs balanced the bar as in the commercial. One of the springs slid off the bar and hit a stack of extra floor tiles that were on the side wall of the garage. Two of the tiles were cracked. It's not a big deal but I think it may have been easier to balance with two people. Just a suggestion. So far, everything seems to be working well and I will call if there are any issues. Had to replace the rollers, discs and the opener which is more than I anticipated but I have recommended your company to others if they need to have issues resolved with their garage door.

We purchased a new garage door/rails/spring/rollers/beltdrive opener/etc from Precision at end of July 2020. From the initial call in to their office, to the sales visit & follow-ups (Carlos), to the scheduling, to the day of install (Jerry/Wolf), the entire experience was 5-star. Carlos took the time to explain/show every single option multiple times before we decided. On the day of install, Jerry explained everything they would do and how long it would take. He asked if I had any questions and then Jerry & Wolf worked amazingly quick to remove the old door system and install the new one. Not a scrap of debris was left behind. They were both professional in their appearance and demeanor, and obviously passionate about what they do (even in the heat of summer). They represented the company VERY well. Precision had repaired our old door in the past, which is why we chose them for the new system, and we will continue to stay loyal to them and refer them to everyone that asks. Thank you for a super quiet garage door that looks amazing... and thanks to everyone for a job well done all around.
