Needed emergency work done, as our garage door was stuck halfway open, and it was locked up and askew. Louis was there like, 30 minutes after I called. My garage door had been making horrible noises and the dreaded day finally came when it wouldn't open. I called Precision late that evening and Sammy was here early the next day. He evaluated my 25 year old system and presented me with a list of high priority recommendations, medium priority and lower priority items to be aware of. He had everything needed to complete the repair on the truck and when all was completed he thoroughly explained how to operate my new system and even reprogramed all our cars to sync with the new opener. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!

In 2021 I took a chance when our garage door broke and called the number from a flier I found in the mailbox. This was one of the best decisions I have made. Everyone that I have encountered from this company are friendly, professional, and have the best positive attitudes. You can tell that this is a great company to work for and everyone loves their job. If I ever quit my homemaker role this is a company that I would want to work for. Today’s experience went above and beyond my expectations. My garage door broke at 1:45pm and I called Precision Garage Door at 2:25pm. Our repairman confirmed his ETA at 3:06pm and our garage door was fixed by 4pm. All of this was done on a Friday the weekend before Thanksgiving Break. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company.
