I have had precision come out once on the day after Christmas when my spring broke on my garage door they did a great repair on that and they replaced the metal rollers so the door has never been quieter. Fast forward to January when I started to have some issues with the garage door opener. I chose not to replace that when they were out in December, but apparently that also started going they were out today. Great technician replaced the garage door opener.

I I had an exceptional experience with Precision Garage Door Service of Tampa. From the moment I reached out, their responsiveness was impressive — they replied immediately and had a technician at my home within 20 minutes. Josue, the technician, went above and beyond, especially considering it was after-hours. He was professional, courteous, kind, compassionate, and incredibly efficient. He took the time to clearly explain the issue and walk me through how he planned to fix it, which I truly appreciated. The level of care, communication, and expertise exceeded every expectation. It’s rare to find a company so committed to outstanding service, and I’m genuinely grateful for their help. I will absolutely be a returning customer, and I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Tampa to anyone in need of reliable, top-tier garage door support.

Thanks to Austin Kelter. He was very knowledgeable. He provided me with different option to fix my garage door. My decision was to go ahead and replace the entire unit. My garage door is working flawlessly. This company will stand behind their product and their labor. I had them to replace my other home garage door opener. I called them many time to adjust my door and they did it with out changing me a penny and ensuring that I was satisfy with their labor. I been using this company for the pass 5 years and my experience with them has been awesome.

I just want to say, ever since I contacted Precision to replace our existing garage door opener, they have been so responsive to our every need. When we had a keypad problem outside our garage, I called customer service and they immediately made an appointment for us the same day and replaced it for no additional charge. Whenever I’ve had an issue over the past two years, they have always been there to help and assist in any way possible for no additional charge. My family and I are very impressed and would recommend them to any household. And yes, I did first come in contact with Precision with their commercials. Thank you Precision!

Technician Aaron Whiteman was absolutely outstanding. He came about 4:30 on Friday afternoon and stayed until almost 10 getting everything just right. I kept telling him to go home to his family and that he could finish the next day. He just kept insisting that he would not feel right about it if he did not get it done and done just right. It's a 30-year-old door and now it works perfectly. Ask for Aaron - you will be glad you did.

The Precision technician (Doug) was prompt, courteous and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the products offered and explained the pros and cons of the big box stores products versus Precision. He was also very understanding in guiding us to a more budget friendly choice and also offered tips on garage door maintenance. Doug scored ’high marks’ with us and should be commended for his work.

Just wanted to provide a quick review of our initial meeting with our consultant. Tori was a great reperesentative for the company - she was pleasant and very professional. She understood what we were looking for and was well-prepared - she was very familiar with the company's products and processes. We are looking forward to the installation of the garage door.
