I had never used Precision before but had a problem with my garage door so I called them based on good online reviews. Zach, the service tech, arrived within an hour of my call (on a holiday). He was polite and walked me through my options. No sales pressure just the info and allowed me the space to make a decision. He got the work done in a couple of hours and walked me through the new system. He also followed up with a call several hours later on a detail he hadn’t been able to answer while at my house. Overall, an excellent first experience for me with Precision Garage Door.

I have had precision come out once on the day after Christmas when my spring broke on my garage door they did a great repair on that and they replaced the metal rollers so the door has never been quieter. Fast forward to January when I started to have some issues with the garage door opener. I chose not to replace that when they were out in December, but apparently that also started going they were out today. Great technician replaced the garage door opener.

Thanks to Austin Kelter. He was very knowledgeable. He provided me with different option to fix my garage door. My decision was to go ahead and replace the entire unit. My garage door is working flawlessly. This company will stand behind their product and their labor. I had them to replace my other home garage door opener. I called them many time to adjust my door and they did it with out changing me a penny and ensuring that I was satisfy with their labor. Outstanding service! I installed a new bottom seal on my garage door, but after I installed it the door needed adjustment. I just want to say, ever since I contacted Precision to replace our existing garage door opener, they have been so responsive to our every need. When we had a keypad problem outside our garage, I called customer service and they immediately made an appointment for us the same day and replaced it for no additional charge. Whenever I’ve had an issue over the past two years, they have always been there to help and assist in any way possible for no additional charge. Technician Aaron Whiteman was absolutely outstanding. He came about 4:30 on Friday afternoon and stayed until almost 10 getting everything just right. I kept telling him to go home to his family and that he could finish the next day. He just kept insisting that he would not feel right about it if he did not get it done and done just right. It's a 30-year-old door and now it works perfectly. Ask for Aaron - you will be glad you did.
