Outstanding service! I installed a new bottom seal on my garage door, but after I installed it the door needed adjustment. I just want to say, ever since I contacted Precision to replace our existing garage door opener, they have been so responsive to our every need. When we had a keypad problem outside our garage, I called customer service and they immediately made an appointment for us the same day and replaced it for no additional charge. Whenever I’ve had an issue over the past two years, they have always been there to help and assist in any way possible for no additional charge. My family and I are very impressed and would recommend them to any household. And yes, I did first come in contact with Precision with their commercials. Thank you Precision!

Technician Aaron Whiteman was absolutely outstanding. He came about 4:30 on Friday afternoon and stayed until almost 10 getting everything just right. I kept telling him to go home to his family and that he could finish the next day. He just kept insisting that he would not feel right about it if he did not get it done and done just right. It's a 30-year-old door and now it works perfectly. Ask for Aaron - you will be glad you did.

THESE PEOPLE ARE AWESOME! We bought a heavy garage door a couple of years ago (with a 5-year warranty), and a spring broke day after Christmas this year. My husband had just gotten out of the hospital. Neither of us were at our best. I called, and they had a tech out within hours. They had to make the spring but were out early the next morning to repair. Every single tech who came to our home was exceedingly professional - and great people. The responsiveness, the technical expertise, and the kindness every one of these men - and the office manager who answered the phone - showed us were remarkable. Plus, the repair was covered under warranty. This is a company that honors their promises and obviously has a rock star culture. Thank you all for your wonderful service!
