I thought I needed a new motor, it worked but I couldn't get my openers in sync. Brian Harmon let me know a new motor isn't necessary, showed me what to do, sold me a remote, and sync my cars. He could have sold me a motor, but went the honest route instead of the sale. He is a great representative for your company and reflects well on ownership and honest values that you instill in your employees. I recommend your company to friends and neighbors.

We love the TV commercials and when it came time for a garage door repair there was only one company to call PRECISION! The phone call was easy and the technicians showed up between the time they were scheduled! Amazing! They explained the problem that a spring had broken and because the system was old we decided to replace the door opener and all. The only problem is the system is so quiet we won’t be able to hear our kids sneaking into the house! Just kidding but the system is awesome and we will forever recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

This is the 3rd time in 10 years that I have used Precision for garage door related issues. Always been very satisfied. Technician Brian Harmon was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and fixed my issue. I do not agree with the $20 fuel surcharge at this time as gas is not that expensive. This is just another profit add on at a time when it is not justified.
