A technician, to repair my door, showed up on time and showed me what was wrong. He was very professional and I decided that I needed a new door without being pressured.Two technicians came the next morning and installed the new door. All three men amazed me by their professionalism, speed and how focused they were in completing the project. They talked highly about their company and recapped what I needed to do to keep the door in good condition. The Precision Mgt. did their job in selecting the right people to represent their company. I have already recommended your company to others when and if they they need your service.

My 2-month-old unit stopped opening from the wall button but worked from the remotes and I called Precision. They scheduled service technician David Crowe to check the unit the first thing next day. He found a humming noise in the unit and replaced it with a new one in about an hour returning it to full service at no charge. It is good to know a company that stands behind their warranty!

These guys are great! Our garage door opener quit after fifteen years. We called and they showed up the same day. They sold us a new system, just what we needed and wanted. They installed it immediately and took only about two hours. They stuck to their original price estimate and waived the service charge. We even got a great warranty, which the company services directly. The two men who came and did the job were professional, respectful, friendly and definitely knew what they were doing. I can't wait until we need another system, so we can call Precision Overhead Garage Door again.

Your Technician arrived exactly on time. He did call me prior to his arrival. Super nice guy, very professional. He completed replacing the Drive Belt in a timely manor. I give him 5 Stars! The day before when I called Precision to make an appointment, the person I spoke to told me that my cost for you to replace the Belt on my Garage Door Opener would be between $125 & $165 I gave the person on the phone The Make & Model of my opener prior to him giving me a price. This was nearly $100 less than your actual cost to me. This was a VERY misleading statement. It is close to a lie, as far as I'm concerned. So I give your appointment guy 1 star? When I told your Tech. he said where did he get that price. The belt's cost that much. You need to give your appointment guy a talking to!

Precision Door is by far a 5 star rated company. I was pleased to get a weekend appointment and also was told who would be assisting me with our home garage door issue. I then received an email notifying me of the appointment and a photo list of employees. On the day of the service I received a call from the technician who gave a time frame of his arrival. Jordan was professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He did not leave a mess when he finished. I would highly recommend Jordan and Precision Door to anyone with Garage Door issues. We plan to reuse Precision Door when our Garage Doors need to be replaced in the future.

My apt was for between 6pm and 10pm after only calling perhaps an hr before. I was delighted when David Crowe showed up and five mins before 6pm and cld not believe it. David was extremely friendly and efficient. My springs had broken at the top I have lived in the house for 9 and hlf yrs and it is normal for the springs to go with the heavy doors in FL, after so many years or cycles of up and downs. David kindly educated me along the way. Although it seemed a little expensive at the time, I am really pleased that it was efficient and that I have piece of mind for at least another 7 yrs or more.

Wesley was prompt and called about 20 minutes before arriving. He assessed the situation quickly and gave me several options to fix the issue. For me, the best option was to replace the existing door opener since it was over 25 years old and on its last leg. Wesley removed the old door opener and put in a belt drive opener. The new opener is very quiet and fast. He also installed a keypad opener and walked me through all the functions of the new system.
