Technician did a great job, despite the camped workspace caused by not being able to lift the door or remove our cars. He arrived well within the scheduled window (which was on a Sunday), and installed two new (much larger) springs and new bearings for our heavy hurricane-rated, insulated door. We are very happy with the work, and the fact that he was available on a weekend.

GDO failure Sat night. Called Sunday morning. Very courteous Lady gave me a same day appointment with a 4 hr window. Tim called at the beginning of the window and arrived 10 min later. Very prompt.Due to the weight of my door, he recommended a new stronger system. Less than 2hours later. I had my new system. Works well. Highly recommended ! Job well done, Tim!

We had used Overhead Door before but it was the weekend. We left a message and they never called back. We remembered your ad that there was no extra charge for weekends. My wife had back surgery recently and would not be able to open or close the garage door herself while I was at work. We called and you sent someone out immediately. From the receptionist to the installer it was professional and friendly. We had a new opener installed within hours of calling. We will only call Precision if we need service and we highly recommend you.

Wesley was very professional and respectful and actually was able to fix the problem (door would not stay down) however we both agreed that I would continue to have this problem unless I replaced the door. I would give him a "5" except that his quote was way off however I'm not sure that was his fault.

I have been with Precision for 3 years and everytime I call they are there same day or a time that suits my schedule. The last vist a week ago the tech arrived I explained what was happening, openned the door and he new right away the problem. I needed a support brace on the garage door. He installed it and was done in a half hour. I could not believe it. Everytime I call Precision the customer service is perfect. They definitely deserve a 5 plus rating. Also my daughter and friends are now using Precision!!

After The reps can and give us three estimates On Sunday for the repairs(which were very high) I then called another company which came on Monday. The repairs were made. There invoice was 500% than precision's lowest estimate. The highest estimate was as much as a new door.
