Josh was incredible just now .I need a "new everything" due to the damage on my garage door and the "sprung spring which caused the door and the frame and the garage door opener to buckle and pretty much destroy everything. Josh walked me through the process..He won't be the one to install the new total system on Monday, but I'm sure they will be as spectacular as he was today. Highly recommend him!!

Corbin was most respectful and professional. Fortunately the malfunction was due to a power outage and needed only to be reset. And although I was 12 days shy of being under warranty. My warranty was honored and there was no charge!!! He also lubricated the mechanics and showed me how to reset if this happened again. Thank you Corbin and Precision. It’s nice to know people still care. Sincerely, Debi Rodriguez
