Assessed the issues and came back the next morning to install custom sized springs which they made in the morning along with all the other parts, a new opener and overhead light. Upsale performed on original repair requested. Agreed upon evaluation, however my original upgraded springs were unnecessarily removed and replaced with standard springs. Was charged $360 EACH !!! Retailed online around $100. Overcharged on parts on all items!!!
