Your commercial on TV immediately caught our attention. The weekend appointments mostly appealed to us, and we decided to give you a try. Jesse B. was very professional and helpful. He provided options available to repair the garage door opener, and once we chose our desired option, he focused and promptly fixed the problem. When the repair was complete he walked us through all he had done and explained how all new features worked. He was very thorough. Excellent job, we are very satisfied.

Came out this morning to pull my truck out of the garage door and the door stopped about 12" above the ground. Releasing the door didn't work so I called the number on the sticker of the installer...(We bought the house about 4 years ago). I was promised a tech by !:00 pm and he came before noon. Very knowledgeable and he explained to me the problem and it was fixed by 1:15 pm. Shaun did a great job and was very personable.

He diagnosed the problem fairly quickly. He explained the situation thoroughly and I agreed to have it fixed. He did a great job (neat and clean). We also discussed our aged lifting motor/system noting that when it fails, it will need to be replaced because repair parts are no longer being made. All around good service!

My mother called to let me know her garage door was not operating, upon my inspection I couldn't figure it out either thinking that the motor was burned out so I called Precision, your company has been out here before to replace the springs. Your technician Shane found out that it was just the outlet that the garage door opener was plugged into that was not working. He was also able to get the garage door working again with an extension cord temporarily pinned along the roof and down the side of the garage allowing my mom access to her garage. I was ready to pay for the bill and Shane said that there was no cost because they didn't replace anything. I insisted but he said no. What a nice surprise! Your company has outstanding personnel and customer service. We will be using your company in the next week or two at my daughters house she just purchased and absolutely needs a new garage door opener because this one is dangling from the ceiling. Absolutely prompt. I called for service - broken garage door - and the technician called back within a few minutes AND was out in 15 minutes after! Technician worked tirelessly for 3 hours till the job was done. Details and costs were explained up front. Everything was done professionally and cleaned up everything before he left. I just experienced THE BEST service call with Precision’s Matt Hink. He called ahead to confirm & give me his ETA. During the call he asked a few questions about my door problem so that he could start his investigation efficiently. He had my problem diagnosed within 10 minutes of arrival. He had everything he needed to fix my door in his van. Then he gave me some pointers on maintenance to preserve my garage door life. All while observing COVID precautions.
