He was professional, skill in identifying the problem and helpful in ensuring that I understood what had happened and how to fix it. He also took a picture of the code on the motor so that I had a reference to look at. For instance, 3 blinks indicates difficulty with the sensors. I also was impressed with the person on the phone who try to help me. I will absolutely use Precision Door again

I like the ideal that you come out quick, but what I found out is that you have different springs that will last like 10 plus years, but I get it if customers keep buying the cheaper one’s it keeps the business good but it’s also good to look out for good customer’s but anyway keep up the good work.
