Came out this morning to pull my truck out of the garage door and the door stopped about 12" above the ground. Releasing the door didn't work so I called the number on the sticker of the installer...(We bought the house about 4 years ago). I was promised a tech by !:00 pm and he came before noon. Very knowledgeable and he explained to me the problem and it was fixed by 1:15 pm. Shaun did a great job and was very personable.

I was having a problem with my garage door not going down. I called Precision and was given an appointment the next day as requested. Craig arrived on time. He was very courteous and polite. He diagnosed the problem fairly quickly. He explained the situation thoroughly and I agreed to have it fixed. He did a great job (neat and clean). Chris P. was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He explained his diagnostic findings and the role of worn out bearings in causing the spring failure, hence the need for new bearings. We also discussed our aged lifting motor/system noting that when it fails, it will need to be replaced because repair parts are no longer being made. All around good service!

My mother called to let me know her garage door was not operating, upon my inspection I couldn't figure it out either thinking that the motor was burned out so I called Precision, your company has been out here before to replace the springs. Your technician Shane found out that it was just the outlet that the garage door opener was plugged into that was not working. He was also able to get the garage door working again with an extension cord temporarily pinned along the roof and down the side of the garage allowing my mom access to her garage. I was ready to pay for the bill and Shane said that there was no cost because they didn't replace anything. I insisted but he said no. What a nice surprise! Your company has outstanding personnel and customer service. We will be using your company in the next week or two at my daughters house she just purchased and absolutely needs a new garage door opener because this one is dangling from the ceiling. Technician worked tirelessly for 3 hours till the job was done. Details and costs were explained up front. Everything was done professionally and cleaned up everything before he left. I just experienced THE BEST service call with Precision’s Matt Hink. He called ahead to confirm & give me his ETA. During the call he asked a few questions about my door problem so that he could start his investigation efficiently. He had my problem diagnosed within 10 minutes of arrival. He had everything he needed to fix my door in his van. Then he gave me some pointers on maintenance to preserve my garage door life. All while observing COVID precautions. Jim Rapp, please forgive me for this very, very tardy message and review of your wonderful service. Your company installed a brand new garage door for us on December 15, 2020 at no charge, as your guys were having to keep making maintenance calls due to problems with our existing door, and our door opener which ya'll installed a couple year ago. Adam Miechle, on 12/08, saw the problem quickly and called into the office, at which time he was told to offer us a new door at no charge. I was so impressed with Adam diagnosing the problems so quickly and even more astounded at the Company's generous offer. Thank you for all your fellows did to keep us a very satisfied customer.
