Our 6 year old garage door opener would open the door by itself. At first, we thought we did something wrong, however, we both witnessed it doing this after we disengaged it. We called Precision door and Austin Orton, our technician arrived within a few hours. He checked everything out and recommended we change the circuit board. The price was fair and decided to proceed. Austin was very professional and quickly did the repairs. Having peace of mind now, we will continue to call on Precision garage door for all maintenance needs and repairs on our door and opener. This is the 2nd time we’ve used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service and both times the work accomplished was EXCELLENT. The first time was in 2013. 8 years later, we called upon them again. The parts (main spring) they use are of high quality as seen by how long they last. With 3 kids driving, the garage door is used a lot. Chris W. arrived ahead of schedule and in minutes identified the problem. He discussed my options (no pressure sales) and when I agreed on the price, he replaced the springs within 45 min. Great Experience. I called on a Saturday around noon about a garage door that would not open, and a technician was at my home in about an hour. The technician quickly determined there was a broken door spring (it was obvious once it was pointed out to me), and proceeded to tell me the repair options. The repair was made in about 45 minutes. the technician was friendly and professional. I would use Precision again if I have a garage door problem.
