I called late Friday afternoon after several attempts to get my automatic garage door opener to close. I was told that Precision could have someone out on Saturday, and Jordan arrived promptly at the start of the quoted time frame. He was absolutely delightful, knowledgeable and was able to replace my garage door opener on the spot as he estimated it was 10 years old ( and he was spot on) as well as underpowered for the weight of the door.
