really didn't expect same day service and it was so hot. jimmy did a great job and explained everything as he was doing it. He had all the parts right there in his truck. It is so nice to have a problem fixed and fixed right the first time. My garage door is so quiet now, the chain isn't hanging anymore. Thanks Precision for being there during these hard times.

We purchased a new garage door/rails/spring/rollers/beltdrive opener/etc from Precision at end of July 2020. From the initial call in to their office, to the sales visit & follow-ups (Carlos), to the scheduling, to the day of install (Jerry/Wolf), the entire experience was 5-star. Carlos took the time to explain/show every single option multiple times before we decided. On the day of install, Jerry explained everything they would do and how long it would take. He asked if I had any questions and then Jerry & Wolf worked amazingly quick to remove the old door system and install the new one. Not a scrap of debris was left behind. They were both professional in their appearance and demeanor, and obviously passionate about what they do (even in the heat of summer). They represented the company VERY well. Precision had repaired our old door in the past, which is why we chose them for the new system, and we will continue to stay loyal to them and refer them to everyone that asks. Thank you for a super quiet garage door that looks amazing... and thanks to everyone for a job well done all around.

My technician Chris was very professional and explained everything, a new garage opener was required. The installation was completed quickly. I have a coupon for $20.00 on a new door opener I would like to be applied to my invoice. The coupon was in my introductory email memo. Why is there a fee to program the replacement device?

On a Saturday A.M during the 2020 Summer we realized our garage door cannot open due to a defect part and we contacted Precision Door and they provided a first class service. Their price is good and their service is efficient. Hence I would recommend them anytime !!!

We were very pleased. The garage door was down so the technician had to come through the front door to get to the garage. He was very polite, took the time to put the shoe wrappers on, and didn't disturb us on his various trips to bring the tools he needed through the house and into the garage. He was quick and efficient, showed up on time and I couldn't be happier. I wish I could remember his name. He did a fine job!

Called Precsion Doors Clearwater @ 2.00pm due to coming in the garage after running errands and then hearing a loud bang after closing the garage door, and then it would not open. I looked up noticed the spring had broken, called customer service and was told we could have service between 6.00 and 10pm today, she then called back a half hour later and said they had a cancellation and we would have service between 2.30pm and 4:00pm. The Tech Matt Hink was out by 3:30pm fixed me right up and I had him do a few other things to have the garage door run more efficient and for safety reasons. Our garage door is now working better than ever. Both employees did an outstanding job of customer service and would recommend Precsion Overhead Doors to other people.

Great service. The technician was personable and knew his trade. Our door was not opening well, sometimes not at all. He installed a new motor, track, remotes, etc. now it is gliding open and closed smoothly and quiet.

I want to thank Precision for your timely response to my request. Same day service...called about 8:00 am and at 10:15 the technician pulled into my driveway. Jimmy Johnson, my tech for the morning, appeared with his card, wearing a mask and made me feel comfortable asking him into my home. He was professional, personable and, to my benefit, was educational. He explained why I had the problem, what he would have to do to fix it, and educated me in what to do to keep the problem from happening again. I sincerely appreciated the time he took, the speed with which he made the repairs and his pleasant nature/behavior. Thank you Jimmy and thanks to Precision. I called on Saturday, April 4th around 10:30 A.M. and Keith the technician, had the door fixed by 1:00 PM. Fast and friendly service, awesome company to work with. The safety sensors were bad, and Keith fixed them and we are now able to open and close the garage door.

Shane was great. Since the spring was broken the door could not be opened and I opened all the house doors and Shane came through our house without touching anything to repair it. With the coronavirus a concern I appreciated the extra care used. Shane inspected our door and then listed out the options I had available to repair. I chose to repair everything (spring, bearings and rollers) because the door parts (other than the spring) were 25 years old. These repairs were done efficiently and I was back in business in short time.

I called to get an estimate on garage door opener. A technician was scheduled to come out same afternoon. Got a call that tech was ready immediately and was here within a half hour. Jose was very knowledgeable and informative. I had already gotten an estimate from another company and Precision was the best choice with 5 yr warranty on electronics, lifetime warranty on motor and belt and no charge for 24/7 service visit! Jose also gave me other very useful tips. He mentioned that they always carried equipment with them so I had him install opener. He was done in about an hour! Wonderful experience! I was referred to them by a friend and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants great quality and service!

Our 15 year-old and 2-car wide garage door finally popped a torsion bar and hung up partially closed after just parking our minivan inside. We contacted Precision and were given a tech appointment that same day. Technician Jimmy Johnson arrived just after 4 pm and worked expertly and diligently on diagnosing and fixing the numerous problems with the door. His 23 years of experience proved invaluable and we are very grateful for his courtesy, patience and expertise in explaining and replacing the needed parts that resulted in a quieter and safer garage door operation.
