He also mentioned the motor has had quite a strain on it due to the needed repairs. We decided to watch how the door performs since it is only four years old. Excellent Service - My garage doors fell off the tracks and could not close. Within 24 hours of my call, they were here as promised. Jason went above and beyond to fix the issues. He ensured I understood the problems and recommendations to repair with options. When the truck did not have new tracks, Jason called and they delivered them to my home. Jason returned and completed all repairs the same day and worked late to finish. That's excellent customer service. I highly recommend this Company. Services were excellent and prices reasonable.

Belt drive on garage door opener broke. Also noticed when manually opening garage door it was quite heavy and would not stay up. Jimmy replaced both springs and the belt. Door is easier to open manually and a lot quieter.

I had a spring break on Saturday June 1st. I called Precision based on their commercials about quality service and fast response. They were not able to come until Monday afternoon June 3rd, but I figured that would be fine. When the tech arrived, he told my wife he would have to replace the whole system because the Wayne Dalton system was outdated and no parts were available. The garage door and system was only 5 years old. The quote was over $1,000. I sent him on his way and had another company fix it for $275. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

my garage door makes a loud cracking noise ...in the morning when i first open it...precision has been out to adjust and lube it at least 4 to 5 times...they even sent a manager out...and he added some braces...to keep down the noise...i hate to complain...but this door is just not right...the technicians spray it with lube....and the noise is muffled...and they assure me that everything is alright...i don't know...maybe i will just have to live with it...but i am not real happy...thanks for trying....michael panos...

Jose, was GREAT!!! Just moved into a new house and wasn't sure about the garage doors if they were working properly. He came to the house (on time - by the way) and explained the condition of the garage doors and openers. Needless to say, I needed new openers, etc... He did the install within a good amount of time and the new openers (upgraded model) are practically whisper quiet---belt drive! Quoted me a fair price and I was very happen in the end!

Outstanding Customer Service and Job! With a speedy response time to my call, Service Technician Robert Trotter assessed issue (garage door opener motor was running but door would not open) and he determined cause for malfunction. He offered options of a repair - or replace and clearly explained the choices of each option and cost. I chose a new opener rather than fixing the older broken unit. Robert did an excellent job and I am back in business. Precision will always get my vote!
