The service tech Chad Donovan was called to replace a garage door opener. He did as asked. I asked him to check other working parts. He said we could use new springs , they were about 6 years old and new ones would increase the life of the door opener! He explained what should be done in the future! He was very curtious and professional! I would recomend your company and would definitely use your company again!

There was a problem with the appt. time.or I would have given a 5 star rating. Your door technician, Joe Payette, deserves a 5 star. He quickly found the problem. He also showed and explained where potential problems could occur,, how to check and correct them, reprogram, and maintenance. He was extremely helpful and courteous.

Easy to schedule an appointment, the technician came out on time, very friendly, did a great job, cleaned up after himself before leaving. My garage door is so quiet now, I told my neighbor I’m glad my kids are raised because they could sneak in now and I’d never hear them!

He recommended that we contact Design One and ask them to check the size of the new springs they placed on our door. The door is two difficult for a woman to lift.
