We called Precision because their sticker was on the back of the garage door of the home we'd recently purchased. We'd originally called because we were in need of another remote, as well as help programming the outside keypad. The folks in the office let us know that the last time the garage door or anything related to it were serviced was upwards of 5 years ago. Jimmy Johnson, the Technician who was assigned to our house, filled us in on the intricacies of our door and when we asked him how to manually open the door in case of a power outage, he showed us how the springs and rollers were basically not operating as they should be, etc. The original motor, which was over 15 years old, and while it still worked fine, was being taxed and could've led to our being unable to open, and keep open, the door manually, which is an important feature. So while we weren't necessarily intending to get "new guts" for our garage door today, we're glad that we did and now have the assurance that we have a new, quiet, much more modern system that was installed by a true professional. Jimmy filled us in on the entire system, assisted us in setting up the app on our phones, linked the remotes in our cars and just did a great job overall. We're very glad that he was "our guy" - we can't recommend him highly enough!

J. Long was my technician. He was excellent. He knew what he was doing and did the repair very quickly. I asked if he minded if I watched as I never had seen anyone work on the door before. He kept working as I watched. After he finished he asked if I had any questions. I think he is a credit to your company.

I contacted Precision garage door at 10:00 in the morning and had a service tech scheduled for the same day, with no overtime or weekend service charge. Chris came out and repaired my door by 7 that night. Great service. Great technician and would highly recommend their service to anyone. Thank you Precision Garage Door for a job well done.

Chris called before he arrived, and was a few minutes early. He introduced himself and was very pleasant the entire time he was here. He explained what was wrong, (defective motor, 15  years old).Chris went on to explain the different types of motors available. He also brought to our attention it would take about one hour. I called around 0930 this morning appt time was from 1200 to 1600 about 45 min later I get a call from Mr. Andy Peck calling to tell me that he would be there in about a half hour wow getting to the job even before the appt time frame that is service Mr. Peck got here and I told him the problem and he gave me 3 options I went with purchasing a new garage door opener and again he gave me 3 to 4 different options of openers and there functions Thank you Mr. Peck for your knowledge and your great professionalism and the company does not try to sell you something you don't need. I am a disabled veteran and the company gave a discount thank you for that. I will recommend to others.

Jimmy Johnson, Residential Tech, called to alert us of his arrival 20 minutes prior to arrival and arrived on time, presented his business card and introduced himself in a friendly and professional manner. He approached the troubleshooting quickly and presented his findings in a manner understandable to us and offered a variety of solutions for our consideration. Once given the word on what we opted for, Jimmy proceeded to execute the required actions quickly and efficiently. Working in a career field that dealt with troubleshooting, repair, and replacement, I could appreciate the professional and knowledgeable manner in which Jimmy accomplished the task.

I am so thankful for how quickly Wayne was able to come to our rescue and fix our broken garage door springs. He arrived earlier than the window they gave us when we initially called (he called ahead to let us know he would be there in 20 minutes, so we had a heads-up). He had everything in his van that was needed for our repair. He offered us three options to choose from and had our garage door working again within an hour.

I chose Precision Garage doors for the repairs I needed for the keypad on the wall outside my garage. From start to finish, it was a simple straightforward easy process to request service and get the job done promptly for a reasonable price. My call was answered promptly and actually could have had the service done that afternoon. But my schedule made this morning better. I had the 8-noon window. While on the schedule call I was given the name of my technician. The email I received regarding the appointment included a link to their site so I could see what my technician looked like . This way I could be sure this was the right person at my door. This morning I received a phone call around 9am and he arrived about 25 minutes later. The technician was very thorough and friendly and polite. He was able to determine the problem and try a few options to resolve before resorting to more expensive solutions. My issue was resolved and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Plus I was emailed my receipt, as well as details about the service and related warranty. I love not having to store and file papers
