You do good work when here. But, I called on Thursday I believe ask if someone could come out Friday. Was told Sat. Told her we had people coming to work on floor Friday, Was told earliest would be Monday. Ask, about 24/7 earliest was Monday. We tried to close the door ourselves Friday afternoonand my husband got fingers caught in slats in ER he has nine stitches in finger and bruised the rest.

The service tech Chad Donovan was called to replace a garage door opener. He did as asked. I asked him to check other working parts. He said we could use new springs , they were about 6 years old and new ones would increase the life of the door opener! He explained what should be done in the future!
