Sherman was the tech's name who just finished installing my new garage door. Arrived the exact minuet he said he would. Did the job in exactly the time he said it would take and did it with precision, skill and care. Door looks great, works great. We had a problem with the garage doors this morning that it would not open with the motor. Had to hand open and close it. Called Precision and they were here in a few hours! Both gentlemen were professional and courteous and extremely helpful explaining exactly what needed to be done! I would highly recommend using this company for all your garage door problems!

I am most please with the work that was completed today by Jimmy Johnson. He arrived ahead of schedule and worked until he completed everything. He installed two new motors, springs, gaskets on bottom of both doors; and other accessories. His work was excellent and explained what he was doing. He went beyond customer service. I have used Precision in the past but today's service was the best I have experienced. Great job! I am very pleased.

This was a repair broken spring. You were the only company that would give me next day service which was a Saturday, All the others I called would only give me sometime next week. I called yesterday to request a quote for a new garage door opener, I was offered a same evening appointment but asked for a next day visit. Carlos was on-time and discussed the options available. I had purchased a new door from Precision a couple of years ago, and still have a very good working one but became unhappy with the opener. He provided the options, I picked the best selection for me, and requested to set up an installation date. Much to my surprise, EVERYTHING was available on his truck. He installed my new opener in about 2 hours. Great job Precision, for the second time. You will continue to be a referral from me.

Excellent response to my phone call that my garage door would not open or shut. A few hours after my call, I open my door to see the smiling face of the repair man. I think his name was Isaac. He was cheerful, and he repaired my door in a few minutes. Our 15+ year old garage door opener had been failing intermittently and I asked John P to give me options for repair/replace; he evaluated the entire door system, not just the lift, and gave me several options - we chose to replace the opener and all the rollers and we couldn't be happier - the door no longer shudders and shakes, and the new belt drive is basically SILENT - WOW! What a difference!

I contacted Precision because the safety sensor was out of alignment. $1500 dollars later I have a completely new system and I am not sure that a completely new system was required.

I am a new customer. Last night I could not close my garage door due to the opener not working right. I had your advertisement that was in the value pack envelope that comes from time to time. So I called for help and none was available until this morning. I was able to finally close the door last night. I got excellent service from my tech, Jim Johnson, who took 2 hours to repair old things and brought the whole unit up to present day needs. He did a fantastic job never stopping for a moment. He knew what he was doing and explained everything to me. I am very pleased with the service and was told what I need to do to service the garage door every 6 months with spray. I had no idea that it needed to be serviced and since the house was built in 1992 it needed a lot of care. I am very pleased with everything and will use Precision for future needs.
