Ben Elliott was the technician that made the repairs to my 16' door. I called the 24 hour service center on a Sunday afternoon and they dispatched Ben. We have had experience with 3 of your technicians all of whom have been very friendly, knowledgeable and best of all don't find unnecessary "other" problems with your garage door to try to rip you off.
