I am a new customer. Last night I could not close my garage door due to the opener not working right. I had your advertisement that was in the value pack envelope that comes from time to time. So I called for help and none was available until this morning. I was able to finally close the door last night. I got excellent service from my tech, Jim Johnson, who took 2 hours to repair old things and brought the whole unit up to present day needs. He did a fantastic job never stopping for a moment. He knew what he was doing and explained everything to me. I am very pleased with the service and was told what I need to do to service the garage door every 6 months with spray. I had no idea that it needed to be serviced and since the house was built in 1992 it needed a lot of care. I am very pleased with everything and will use Precision for future needs.

The technician was very knowledgeable and completed the job within 10 minutes or less. A wire come loose preventing the door from staying closed. The technician found the problem and made the repair.

My technician was professional and discussed my garage door repair needs. He dug in and fixed my door in a surprising amount of time. The technician was very nice and did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. He ended up replacing the springs, opener and other parts and everything is working great. However, I have a little bit of buyer's remorse. I was stuck in my garage and I feel like they gouged me on the price. I'm fine with paying a premium for the same day service but after doing research on what was done the premium was a lot more than I think it should have been. This low rating is based on price alone. Technician was great.

Matt did a very good job, diagnosed the problem gave me some instructions as part of the issue was the in-fared lights were not aligned properly. Also the garage door opener needed a tune up, runs much better now.

Thank you! thank you and thank you-all: I had an old loud sounding, loose and clanging garage door. I called Precision (from their TV commercial) they came out the next day, promptly as scheduled. While talking I mentioned that I was a 74 year old widow (still working every day) and was presently keeping two grandkids, and they like to use the garage door quite often. They fixed my garage door with a first grade motor and new wheels and rails ...everything.. yes! Thank you Lord for using these people to help me. they then gave me the bad news and the good news!! and then told me the good news that it was free, yes! a gift! saying they liked giving back to the community when they see the need... yes!! no charge !!!.. I started crying it was so wonderful and such a relief not to have to pay over a thousand dollars for the job well done and greatly appreciated. The wonderful people that arrived on Saturday, Scott Page the manager (definitely an angel from God) Carlos Morales (a angel to me on that day, I kept hugging him and crying) also his helper Alejandro.(I got to hug him too) they were so wonderfully nice. they fixed it and now the garage door is so quiet.. wonderful, thank you, thank you!!

This is my second time using Precision and I could not be more pleased. I recently had an issue with my control board going out. Keith Allen was the tech who came out. He was extremely helpful and efficient in every way. He gave me some needed lessons on followup checks for the future and programmed my whole system with patience and information. paying 1300. for door opener repair one day after Christmas was not something I was looking forward to but my previous door repair people had apparently done me no favors and when I called them they said they didn,t know me. chris gave me several choices and proceeded to do an excellent job fixing my problem. He was fast, efficient and very knowlegable.i am completely satisfied. that is except the hoe in my wallet,ha,ha.

One of the springs broke, at 8pm Tues Nov 20, 2 days prior to Thanksgiving. Precision Garage door, came this next morning at about 0930 am. Quick response. The tech showed me many price numbers? on a 8 1/2 X 11 note pad. By the time the tech finished the job ( 2) both springs replaced and also bearing replaced. I was a little shock on the repair cost $ 880.00. I paid via credit card on the tech's credit card machine. I have yet to be given a detail or any invoice receipt? I would really like to receive a detailed paid invoice! I have absolutely no ideal how much they charged for these repaired items?

I called Precision at 11am on Monday to address some minor issues with our garage door. They said someone would be out between 2-6pm the same day. Matt called me at 1:55pm to say he would be there in 10 minutes. He was, and 15 minutes later all was fixed!!
