Precision Garage was very professional and transparent in their repair process. I also appreciate that they came out late to diagnose and fix my issue. Robert was my technician, and he was great. He gave me options for the repair, explained to me what caused my door to break, took necessary COVID-19 precautions, and did quality work in an appropriate amount of time. Hopefully I won't have issues in the future, but if I do, I would call them again.

I’ve had 6 garage doors installed on 4 of my houses by Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. That’s the reason that I keep coming back to them. This service request was intended to replace worn out belts on two of my door openers. Jason, the technician, Couldn’t repair the openers due to their age (18 years old), but he also found the lift spring was bad on one of the doors. He replaced it, lubricated all rollers, hinges and tracks. Jason was very good, efficient, courteous and quick.

The Sales Rep -Chris was very professional and courtesy. The Garage door was on special order and when it came it was scheduled for an installation on a Saturday. The Installers Luke and ??? were awesome. They did a great job explaining what they were going to do. They hauled away the old door, installed the new door with the new WiFi garage door opener. Luke made sure I understood the new door, the garage door opener and programmed my car as well. Great Job...….

Thanks Joshua for the quick fix of our broken spring on the garage door. Found probable cause since spring really not that old, replaced spring and 2 hinges that were cracked and a support brace that was never installed by last repair company. Didn't call them ............

Great response and experience with Precision today, Technician was very knowledgeable on products that could repair and replace the existing motor that was over 12 years old. Went the extra mile to make sure when he left everything was working properly. Even programmed our car remotes.

We had a spring break. I called at 6:30am Saturday morning 11/30 and Precision had a tech at our home by 9:00am We ended up getting a full garage moving parts replacement, what we had was very old and worn. Our Tech, Wesley was very knowledgeable and friendly. Only took about 1 1/2 hours. Highly recommend Precision for any garage door repairs.
