Thank you! thank you and thank you-all: I had an old loud sounding, loose and clanging garage door. I called Precision (from their TV commercial) they came out the next day, promptly as scheduled. While talking I mentioned that I was a 74 year old widow (still working every day) and was presently keeping two grandkids, and they like to use the garage door quite often. They fixed my garage door with a first grade motor and new wheels and rails ...everything.. yes! Thank you Lord for using these people to help me. they then gave me the bad news and the good news!! and then told me the good news that it was free, yes! a gift! saying they liked giving back to the community when they see the need... yes!! no charge !!!.. I started crying it was so wonderful and such a relief not to have to pay over a thousand dollars for the job well done and greatly appreciated. The wonderful people that arrived on Saturday, Scott Page the manager (definitely an angel from God) Carlos Morales (a angel to me on that day, I kept hugging him and crying) also his helper Alejandro.(I got to hug him too) they were so wonderfully nice. they fixed it and now the garage door is so quiet.. wonderful, thank you, thank you!!

This is my second time using Precision and I could not be more pleased. I recently had an issue with my control board going out. Keith Allen was the tech who came out. He was extremely helpful and efficient in every way. He gave me some needed lessons on followup checks for the future and programmed my whole system with patience and information. Keith is a definite asset to your company and will keep me coming back. I also not the professionalism of the company and equipment supplies in a very neat and clean vehicle. paying 1300. for door opener repair one day after Christmas was not something I was looking forward to but my previous door repair people had apparently done me no favors and when I called them they said they didn,t know me. chris gave me several choices and proceeded to do an excellent job fixing my problem. He was fast, efficient and very knowlegable.i am completely satisfied. that is except the hoe in my wallet,ha,ha.

One of the springs broke, at 8pm Tues Nov 20, 2 days prior to Thanksgiving. Precision Garage door, came this next morning at about 0930 am. Quick response. The tech showed me many price numbers? on a 8 1/2 X 11 note pad. By the time the tech finished the job ( 2) both springs replaced and also bearing replaced. I was a little shock on the repair cost $ 880.00. I paid via credit card on the tech's credit card machine. I have yet to be given a detail or any invoice receipt? I would really like to receive a detailed paid invoice! I have absolutely no ideal how much they charged for these repaired items?

I called Precision at 11am on Monday to address some minor issues with our garage door. They said someone would be out between 2-6pm the same day. Matt called me at 1:55pm to say he would be there in 10 minutes. He was, and 15 minutes later all was fixed!!

We contacted Precision Garage Door Repair after our garage door would not open due to a broken spring. Since it happened Sunday evening it was the next morning until they could get here. Bryan was our technician and he was very polite and informative as to what needed done. Our garage door is 30 years old and it also needed new rollers and a new belt for the garage door opener. Instead of replacing the belt we decided to install a new garage door opener. What a difference this work made on our garage door. It is really quite and runs so smooth compared to before. Bryan did an excellent job and we were very happy with the work. We would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Repair.
