We had a problem with our garage door opener responding to the remotes. The service technician came out promptly and text the problem under warranty. It was very friendly and gave us some pointers on having our cars communicate with the garage door opener instead of the remotes.

I’d give ten stars if I could. What a great company to work with. Michele was very accommodating when I asked her to come back a second time so my wife could also see the demo on her van. She was thorough with explaining all details of the project. The installers Luke and Nick were great. They called ahead and arrived on time as promised. They also went over the project with me in detail. About four hours later they were done installing one double and one single door with all new framing to code.And everything looks fantastic. They even took the time to program our two cars to the new opener. Thank you so much.

I purchased my new home in 1998. Garage door has had a few repairs in 22 years but this was major. Motor went bad and all parts had to be replaced except the door. Matt arrived clean, professional and wore a mask. After inspection he gave me options of what to do, we went with the belt option. So happy on my decision, you cannot even hear the door. he told us to not come in while he was working which was hard. Poor guy has to work in the hot garage with the door open. All is well.

We had Carlos come out to our home to give us an estimate for a new garage door for our home. He was very knowledgeable and caring and answered all of our questions and did not pressure us at all. We signed a contract a few days later to have a new specialty door put up. We waited the 3 weeks and set up a date when they called to install. When the guys came out to install they found an issue that needed to be addressed by their contractor and assured us it would only be a few days. After a week of not hearing from anyone we called the office of Precision again and they promised to check on it. Another week went by and no response so we called Carlos and within 5 minutes he got the contractor to set up an appt. to come out. Then the day he was to come he forgot and it was finally done yesterday which was almost 2 months from when we signed the contract. I think there is just a communication issue with the office and the contractors, not the salesmen or installers. Apparently the existing stud framing around the door opening was not adequate to support new heavy door, The contractor told us that this is very common and he sees this all of the time. We were never told that this may be an issue, or may come up. A mention that this may exist before the construction started would be helpful since it cost us another $400. Before the old door was removed the wall can be sounded or even some of the sheetrock removed for inspection. The install team lead by Tyler were wonderful and they did a great job and explained how everything works before they left and everything was left clean.

Precision Garage was very professional and transparent in their repair process. I also appreciate that they came out late to diagnose and fix my issue. Robert was my technician, and he was great. He gave me options for the repair, explained to me what caused my door to break, took necessary COVID-19 precautions, and did quality work in an appropriate amount of time. Hopefully I won't have issues in the future, but if I do, I would call them again.

I’ve had 6 garage doors installed on 4 of my houses by Precision Overhead Garage Door Service. That’s the reason that I keep coming back to them. This service request was intended to replace worn out belts on two of my door openers. Jason, the technician, Couldn’t repair the openers due to their age (18 years old), but he also found the lift spring was bad on one of the doors. He replaced it, lubricated all rollers, hinges and tracks. Jason was very good, efficient, courteous and quick.
