We have been using Precision Garage Door Service for several years. We have always been happy with their service and their friendly staff. Mike came to our house today to fix our door as our spring broke. He was very professional as well as super nice. He fixed our door in no time flat and got our door working back to new. We are so happy with Precision and definitely would call them in the future as needed.

A Contractor friend recommended Precision when our spring broke on the Garage door System. They were out the same day and not only repaired the spring, rollers, and bearings, but came out again the next day as the sensors were not functioning. they went above and beyond expectations to complete the necessary repairs, and garage is not back in business. Outstanding, professional and friendly service. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone in need of Garage Door work. Thanks!

Isak was very nice and friendly. We needed the button repaired that is inside the garage, that opens/closes the garage door. He did it quickly and professionally. He told me that, if we sold our house and an inspection was needed, we would have to replace the motor so we had sensors at the bottom of the door. I thanked him so much for the warning. It would have been a big surprise to us should our house sell. He was very knowledgeable. He knew the rollers on the door had been changed within the last few years - I did not remember that but when I told my husband, he remembered. I would ask for Isak next time!!

I would like to commend Charles Sherwood your loyal and trustworthy service technician. For unknown reasons ( one in a million) he attempted to get three outside garage door openers to work to no avail. The GM indicated he had on seen this happen once in 20 years. Bottom line I got a new garage door opener only. So now have one for each car and they work. Sin$1,000ce the internal garage door motor is still functioning with the remotes we decided not to replace the external opener as they were very honest and informed me it would cost around $300 to possibly replace circuit board on the opener or the motor around $1,000. I decided to wait until the motor fails and I will call them back to replace. This is a very ethical, honest, quick and trustworthy company and it definitely came thru in the person of Charles Sherwood. Don't let him get away.

Robert G of Precision Garage of Brandon FL came out to our home and repaired our garage door VERY FAST. Robert was extremely professional and polite to me and my wife. I just came home from finalizing funeral arrangements for my husband. I went to open my garage door when something popped in the garage door opener. I called Precision Door Service as I would not use any other service. The tech came out as promised. My wife and I own 10 houses and have used your services on multiple occasions. The people sent out seem to be very knowledgeable and professional. A courtesy call is always made by the Service Tech to let you know they are on their way and give you an ETA, and we find that quite helpful since we don't live at each location. During our last service the Tech came up with multiple options to solve our problem and we chose which way to go. Noah came out and knew exactly what was wrong with my garage door. He explained everything to me and even showed me how to open and close the door as it needed a little TLC because of the age. He was fantastic all the way around and I really appreciate all that he did.

On 31 May 2022 I attempted to leave for work and realized my garage door would not open. I looked up and saw that the handle had broken away from the door and I had to manually open the door to get my car out. I called Precision (I've used them in the past ) and was booked for a next day appt. As stated the tech (Daron) called ahead and arrived during the booked time. He did a thorough examination of my garage subsequently giving a detailed explanation of what happened. He provided me with three with 3 different options (explaining each) allowing me to determine what was best for me now and in the future. He even pointed out that his company has a policy of making payments in 3 equal installments (equivalent to 90 days same as cash) with no hits against your credit. He made the repairs within an hours time and my garage door is back to functioning properly with a SILENT opening and closing. Even though I rendered payment in full it was nice to know I had an option. If your looking for an honest, dependable company with exceptional service, I recommend using Precision. Carolyn L. I wrote a review earlier with a 1-star rating. Well, I have to eat my words. They called and came back and even though they don't represent Lenear Garage door openers any longer, they honored the life-time warranty and installed a new rail and belt at no cost. Technically, even with a life-time warranty, I'm responsible for contacting the manufacturer and getting the part, and I would have been responsible for the labor to install (I was unaware of this the first time I wrote my review). But since they didn't repair the unit on their first visit, they did all of the work at no cost. Both technicians were helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn't be more satisfied. Thanks, Ralph

My garage remote was not working. Austin Orton came out at the time expected .He was very courteous and professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. He replaced the wall remote and everything worked fine. He also serviced all the hinges, spring and rollers. All was done in a very short time. I also appreciate the same day service!

The men done a great job,but I will say the price was way to high,that same model sells for around $330 with all equipment supplied,everything that they installed.

We had our original Genie garage opener that lasted over 20 hrs so we stayed with that and luckily called Prescion. We had someone come the same day and our new garage opener was finished the in a couple hours. The price was reasonable. Our bonus was Austin who was so helpful and knowledgeable at explaining choices,how to work everything and he loved his job and it showed. I was very impressed and he certainly is an asset to your company!

Totally dissatisfied with technician who came. I asked for a written estimate and it was hand written on a notebook piece of paper and left with my nephew. Most shocking was the estimate of it being over $2,700.00 another company was called and it was fixed immediately for $129.00
