We were very pleased with the service we received. We called early morning and asked for someone to come and they were here that afternoon about 4:00 pm and fixed our problem. The technician explained everything, we agreed to what needed to be done, he fixed the problem and left about 6:00 pm. our garage door wire broke off and needed to be replaced. We were just looking to get it fixed. Your team came out and gave us an estimate of almost $1100.00 dollars, I thought this was kind of high. Called masters they came out and could not understand why such a high estimate.They repaired it in 30 minutes and charged $196.00. I would never recommend your company to anyone. I believe you pray on people that do not know any better.
